How to Prepare a Custom Rigid Box Quote Brief
Prepare a clear rigid box enquiry with product dimensions, box style, quantity and destination. Learn what to include before requesting a quotation.
1. Describe the product and measurements
Give width × length × height and the unit. Specify whether these are product dimensions, internal box dimensions or external box dimensions. Describe each item separately for a set, and include weight and sensitive surfaces where relevant.
2. Choose the opening style
Lid and base, magnetic, elevator, collapsible and shoulder models open differently. Consider how the product should be revealed and removed. If undecided, select the not sure option in the quotation form.
3. Share quantity and your target date
State the requested quantity and any split between different sizes or designs. Give the date you are aiming for; sampling, production and delivery schedules are confirmed after review.
4. Explain the visual requirements
Describe the logo, colours, covering and internal arrangement you have in mind. Explain which details matter in any reference. The suitability of requested applications is assessed against the model and material.
5. Add delivery details
Company details, a contact email, destination country and city help define the quotation scope. Include any transport or documentation requirements at the outset.
