Approve a physical sample
Share your product, dimensions or artwork. Custom samples take 1–3 business days after payment and detail approval; transit is separate. We send international samples through UPS and start production after written sample approval.
Choose how your order travels
Freight can be quoted separately or included in a delivery quotation, according to your preference. You may also arrange collection through your own carrier. We work with a customs broker; the quotation clarifies the agreed delivery scope and applicable charges.
Feel the workmanship.
Request a set of existing box samples. All sample-set and shipping costs are paid by the requesting customer. This is separate from a custom production sample.
