Is there a minimum order quantity?
We assess each project by structure, size and production method. Lower runs have a higher unit cost due to tooling and setup.
I do not know the dimensions. Where do we start?
We can start with the physical product, a technical drawing or an accurate product sample.
How long does a sample take?
Sample timing is agreed for each project according to construction, materials and finishes.
How long does bulk production take?
Timing depends on quantity, materials, print and workmanship and is confirmed in writing with the quotation.
When will I receive a quotation?
Generally within 1–2 business days after the brief is complete.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping can be arranged via UPS or your own carrier.
How are print and foil approved?
Artwork, copy and placement are submitted for approval before printing. For foiled projects, foil colour and application areas are also agreed.
Can you create custom inserts?
Yes. Compartments or recesses are planned around product dimensions and presentation needs, then submitted for approval.
Can you produce and deliver under our agency’s name?
We offer white-label production and agency-branded delivery. Confidentiality, branding and delivery scope are agreed in writing at the start.
Is there a charge for samples?
Sample scope, finishes, cost and preparation time are quoted for each project.
